For the usual family, our service has the following features:
- Allows your loved one to check in from any set of designated numbers. (Cell phone, landline, etc.)
- A reminder call is sent to your loved one if they miss their call in.
- If both check-ins are missed, a failed check in notice (email or call) will be sent to the missed-check-in contact.
- The missed-check-in contact can be any single phone number, and/or any number of email addresses.
Subscribing is easy! Just use the "Subscribe" button at the bottom of any page. We use Paypal for all processing, including credit cards. No Paypal account required!
Unsubscribing is easy too! There are two easy ways: use the link at the bottom of your account setup page, or login to your Paypal account and cancel it there.

Group rates and features are available!
Support groups are a great way to offer additional support to your church or club. Sometimes people do get isolated from their family support because of distance or just a lack of family members.
TelephoneAngels is able to provide customized service at special group pricing. Please use the FAQ form to describe your group size and needs.
At this time we are pleased to offer:
- General group pricing, based on group size and contract length, and
- An administration page for the group where members can be setup and monitored.
- The administrator is free to follow their own protocol for missed check-ins, including a personalized follow-up call.
